To volunteer at Lone Oak, we require a volunteer waiver (above) as well as Child Abuse, PSP, and FBI Clearances. You can find all the information needed by clicking the "Clearance Requirements" button above. If you have lived in Pennsylvania for the last 10 years, as a volunteer you can submit the "FBI Waiver" above.
